The impacts of IR35 one year on – Key findings

There is no doubt that the IR35 changes implemented in the private sector in April 2021 have had a considerable impact on many organisations' ability to easily access and retain the high quality skills available in the UK’s flexible contractor workforce.  

Kingsbridge (a leading provider of insurance, consulting and financial services to the UK’s contractor and freelancer workforce), work with more than 4,000 end client and 400 recruitment agencies and recently conducted a customer survey on the effects of IR35 which has produced some valuable insights which they recently published in a detailed whitepaper.
