We structure both our Statements of Work and our Contractor Associate’s consultancy agreements to contain an 80/20 mix of T&M and fixed-price payments for deliverables.
This means that our consultants are more productive and will deliver outcomes faster as they are focused on delivering the outcomes that you want, not just getting their timesheets signed off. It also means you know exactly what they are working on and how they are progressing, even when they are working remotely. It can also save you money by enabling you to terminate services early if we deliver ahead of schedule.
YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IR35
We deliver what HMRC defines as a 'fully contracted out service'. Therefore, we are both the hirer and the fee payer regarding any contractors we engage.
This means you don’t need to assess contractors for IR35, issue Status Determination Statements or establish an IR35 status dispute process. More importantly, you won’t be liable for any potential tax liabilities arising from any incorrect IR35 determinations.
WE CAN ATTRACT THE VERY BEST PEOPLE BY OFFERING OUTSIDE IR35 CONTRACTS
We have worked with the UK’s leading IR35 legal experts to understand exactly how to structure genuinely outside IR35 engagements for our Contractor Associates. As a result, our contractors are 20-25% better off than if they were operating inside IR35 elsewhere on the same day rate.
This means we attract the very best resources from the market at a lower price.
YOU WON’T NEED TO USE YOUR RECRUITMENT CHANNELS TO RESOURCE PROJECTS
Our Agreement with you will be a consultancy Master Services Agreement, not a recruitment agreement and your managers won't have to go through your normal recruitment channels to engage our services.
Instead, your managers have direct access to both a dedicated Relationship Manager and an expert Engagement Delivery Manager who will shape the service and scope out the individual roles. They are in turn supported by our dedicated in-house Contracts, Compliance and Recruitment teams.
This means your managers won't have to write job specifications, look at lots of inappropriate CVs, interview unsuitable candidates or face unnecessary delays waiting for resources to be onboarded.
This means your managers will spend less time on administration and your projects will be delivered more quickly.

We have a one-week notice period on all our resources, and unlike some consultancies, we don’t insist on any minimum utilisation requirement.
